Visiting Us

Can I come and see the gym before joining?

Yes. Want to see the place first? Pop in any time during opening hours for a look around. No day pass needed, no appointment, no pressure.

Is this really a ladies-only gym?

Yes, 100%. We're female-owned, female-managed and exclusively for women, with a strict no men permitted policy. If you'd like to visit or work out, please come without any male company.

Is the gym private? Can people see in from outside?

Yes, completely. We're on the third floor and every window has a privacy screen. Nothing inside the gym is visible from outside, from any angle.

Membership & Pricing

Do you offer a day pass?

Yes, £10 for full access for the day. If you decide to join afterwards, we’ll take the £10 off your membership, just email us or ask in the gym to claim it. See memberships and pricing for the link.

What are your membership prices?

Plans start from £44.99 per month, with better value the longer you commit. See full membership pricing for all plans.

Classes & Training

Are the classes free?

Yes, our classes are FREE and included with every membership. Book your place through the ClubRight app. More classes are launching soon, see the full timetable.

Do you offer personal training?

Personal training is coming soon. We'll post full details on the classes page as soon as they're confirmed.

Parking

Where can I park nearby?

Greenhill Way Car Park (HA1 1LD, behind the old Debenhams)

1st hour free, then £1.70 for 2 hours, £3.40 for 3, £5.10 for 4. Open 24/7, PayByPhone available. The only fully free option, great for a shorter visit.

St Ann’s Shopping Centre (St Ann’s Road, HA1 1AT)

£2.50 up to 2 hours, £3.50 up to 3, £4.50 up to 4, £6.00 up to 6. Open 24/7, cashless & ticketless ANPR parking.

St George’s Shopping Centre (HA1 1PD)

£2.70 up to 2 hours, £3.70 up to 3, £4.70 up to 4, £6.00 up to 6. Just £1.00 from 6pm to midnight. Cashless payments.
